Una de las visitas que tenía programadas en la EICMA era a mis amigos de REV’IT.
Por fin pude conocer a Rineke, la simpatiquísima responsable de marketing y con quien tantos mails nos habíamos intercambiado. Además de poder tomar un café con ella y charlar de mis nuevos proyectos, Rineke me enseñó su gran novedad de este año en el campo de los trajes trail, el Poseidon.
La gran ventaja de este traje respecto a los otros que he tenido de la misma marca es que en lugar de tener el Gore Tex en una capa interior independiente, en el Poseidon lo lleva incorporado a la capa externa, de esta forma queda totalmente impermeabilizada y no se tiene que llevar el forro aparte como en los otros. Al tocarlo por fuera se aprecia un tacto completamente diferente al de los otros trajes. Las entradas de aire también están pensadas para que no entre el agua.
No sólo es precioso, se nota de gran calidad, ojalá pueda probarlo.
Como siempre, el stand de REV’IT impactaba, espectacular y muy grande en el centro del Pavellón 2. No me extraña ya que su catálogo de productos es enorme, incluso con una línea de ropa de calle.

One of the most important visits I had scheduled in the EICMA was to the guys from REV’IT
I finally meet Rineke , the nice marketing manager with whom we had exchanged many emails. Besides being able to have a coffee with her and talk about my new projects, Rineke showed me REV’IT’s big news of the year in their adventure range, the Poseidon.
The great advantage of this costume compared to others I have had from the same brand is that instead of having the Gore Tex on a separate inner layer, in the Poseidon the membrane is fitted into the outer layer. Doing like this the outer shell is completely waterproof and you don’t need to have the inside lining apart as in the other suits. At the touch on the jacket you can feel it’s different from the other suits. The air intakes are also designed to keep out water.
It looks really nice and feels great quality, I hope I can test it.
As always, the REV’IT stand was impressive, large and with a beautiful design it is in the center of Pavilion 2 . They need it because its range of product is huge. They also have a line of urban clothing and shoes.

Buenísimo Rev’it, a mi el traje Sand 2 + las Sidi Adventure me han ido de película en mis pocos viajes.

Si, llevo el mismo equipo y botas y van genial pero siempre he encontrado un inconveniente que el exterior no sea impermeable, se empapa, pesa, cuesta secarlo.. en el caso del Poseidon eso no debería pasar… al menos eso dicen.
Ojalá me lo dejen probar, creo que tienen mucha demanda y no es seguro. Crucemos los dedos!!
